Bisous Bisous Patisserie

If pumpkin or apple streusel pies are your things, Bisous Bisous has your holiday covered for $30 each. If a bite-sized dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth, try the chocolate pecan tarts ($2.65), a Thanksgiving cruffin ($4.75) or a Thanksgiving macaron platter ($65). Place your order online for Thanksgiving no later than Sunday, Nov. 20; pickup is Thursday, Nov. 24.
For Christmas, Bisous Bisous will have three flavors of Bûche De Noël (chocolate hazelnut, caramel toffee and white peppermint) as well as holiday macaroons and cupcakes. You have until Tuesday, Dec. 20, to place your order for Christmas; pickup is Saturday, Dec. 24.
Eatzi’s Market & Bakery

In addition to its full Thanksgiving to-go menu, Eatzi’s will also have apple, pumpkin, pecan and pumpkin cheesecake swirl available. Online ordering ends Tuesday, Nov. 22. Orders can be picked up between Thursday, Nov. 17, and Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Emporium Pies has four locations offering some of the most popular pies anywhere. For Thanksgiving, whole pies range from $45 to $60 and flavors include buttermilk, pumpkin, apple, peanut butter cream, chocolate, bourbon pecan and banana. You can also order slices of pies for $7 or $8 each. Think of it as an opportunity to mix and match. The deadline to order for Thanksgiving is Sunday, Nov. 20, or when they sell out. The week of Thanksgiving (Monday – Wednesday), the shops are open exclusively for preorders between 10 a.m. and noon, and for both preorders and walk-ins on a first-come-first-served basis between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
After Thanksgiving, the shops transition to “winter” pies, with flavors including Father Christmas (a peppermint cream pie with a chocolate cookie crust), hot cake (Emporium’s classic buttermilk pie layered with house-made salted maple caramel), melted snowman (cookies and cream custard with a cream cheese whipped topping) and merry berry (as if a chess pie and a cranberry pecan muffin had a baby). The deadline to order for Christmas is Friday, Dec. 23.
H-Town Hottie Pie by Megan Thee Stallion

Did you know that the rapper Megan Thee Stallion has a side hustle as a baker? Well, no, not really. But she did partner with the high-end delivery site, Goldbelly, for her H-Town Hottie Pie, a sweet and salty pecan pie with a mix of coconut, pecans, butterscotch and a dusting of edible gold sugar. Naturally. And you can get this pie shipped right to your door for $59.95 (or four interest-free payments of $14.98 with Klarna). Pie on layaway. Feels like college. Good times.
Humble: Simply Good Pies

Humble: Simply Good Pies has had a heck of a year after suffering a kitchen fire. The shop has bounced back and is ready to serve pies again just in time for the holidays. Humble is offering several varieties of pies ranging from $35 to $45 for Thanksgiving. It has the usual suspects along with some unique offerings to consider if you want to impress your guests. You can place your orders online via its website.
JudyPie
520 S. Main St., Grapevine
If you’re near downtown Grapevine, be sure to check out JudyPie for several traditional flavors like pumpkin, pecan and apple crumble pies, as well as some unique flavors like strawberry rhubarb and plantation pie (sweet potato pie with a crumble) and savory flavors (chicken pot pie and shepherd’s pie). Individual pies are $17 (6-inch) and $45 (10-inch). There’s also a full selection of 10-inch gluten-free pies, which must be ordered by Sunday, Nov. 13.
All other pies can be ordered until Friday, Nov. 18, for Thanksgiving. Orders can be placed on the shop’s website or by calling 817-400-PIES and can be picked up Monday, Nov. 21, through Wednesday, Nov. 23. JudyPie will also have the cases in its storefront filled with holiday pies for those who wish to stop in and pick up a pie without ordering. That’s on a first-come, first-served basis.
La Casita Bakeshop
580 W. Arapaho Road, Richardson
La Casita Bakeshop in Richardson has pumpkin ($40) and pecan ($30) available to order online and pick up on Nov. 23 only. It also has a brown butter apple pie for $40 any time. Be sure to place your order online before heading over. Then, rest easy — your desserts are going to be spectacular.
Leila Bakery & Café

Leila Bakery & Café, a quaint boutique bakery, has some amazing options for your Thanksgiving festivities, including pecan, apple crumble, gingerbread pumpkin, chocolate cream, chunky pumpkin pie and gingerbread pear. All pies are $45, except for the apple, which is $55. Place orders on the shop’s website, by calling the bakery at 972-807-6297 or by visiting the bakery. The last day to order for Thanksgiving is Sunday, Nov. 20; the deadline to order for Christmas is Wednesday, Dec. 20.
Malai Kitchen

Malai Kitchen, a Thai and Vietnamese spot, will sell its amazing whole coconut pies for pickup between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, for $40 each. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Call your local Malai Kitchen to order.
Mama’s Daughters’ Diner

Mama’s Daughters’ Diner has been serving the ultimate in comfort food for more than 60 years, including delectable pies like chocolate cream, coconut cream, pumpkin, pecan, apple crumb and sweet potato pecan. Prices are $17.50 to $18.95. Customers can place orders through the diner’s website, stop by one of the stores or call. Pickup for Thanksgiving is between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23.

Norma’s has been serving Dallasites since 1956 with a motto is “Life is Short, Eat Dessert First!” Well, since Norma’s insists, we just might do that. Pies range from $14.99 to $22.99 and include coconut, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate, lemon, pecan, pumpkin and peach. You can place your order in person or online.

Pie Crush Bakery is offering a full menu of sweet pies in three sizes: 9-inch deep dish ($20–$36), 5-inch mini ($7–$8) and 3-inch tarts (sold by the dozen for $60). With over 15 different options available, you are sure to find everyone’s favorite pie here. Orders can be placed online or by calling 214-210-PIES (7437). The last day to order for Thanksgiving is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, and for Christmas, 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15. Orders can be picked up at either the Dallas Farmers Market or the Coppell Farmers Market. Pickup times will be posted on the bakery’s website.
Piefalootin

Piefalootin will have 13 pie options for Thanksgiving, and will keep orders open as long as it can meet the demand. In other words, order soon. Flavor options include Texas pecan, pumpkin, apple crumble, coconut cream, chocolate cream, Key lime, buttermilk, German chocolate, banoffee, chocolate walnut brownie, double cherry, lemon icebox and the Oops! (bourbon pecan with brownies and scoops of buttermilk pie). Pies are around $35 each. Customers can call 469-573-8756 to order. The deadline to order is Friday, Nov. 11, unless orders fill up sooner. Pickup will be 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 23. It will bake as many extra pies as possible and pickups for those will be first come, first served after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov 23.
Sweet J’s Pies

Sweet J’s Pies serves up sweet treats in East Dallas, and in 2019 it was recognized by the Observer as Best Pie. (It was called Peckish Pies at the time.) For the holidays, choose from five different pies (pumpkin, caramel apple crumble, chocolate bourbon pecan, cranberry buttermilk and chocolate chess), $37 each or two for $65. A very limited number of the 12-pack mini pies will be available for $57. You can place your orders on the website. The deadline to order for Thanksgiving is Nov. 19, and for Christmas it’s Dec. 18.
St. Pete’s Dancing Marlin

St. Pete’s owner, Pete Zotos, pulls out old family recipes for a side-hustle bakery pop-up every Thanksgiving. He’ll have whole, freshly baked pecan and lemon chess pies available for pickup for $27 each at his restaurant and bar in Deep Ellum after 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, and Wednesday, Nov. 23. Swing by the bar to grab a pie — and have a nice dinner and/or drink to boot. Winner, winner.
Texas Harvest Pie Company

Texas Harvest Pie Company serves whole pies and its signature Lil’ Texas Pies. The 27 different pie options for the holidays are priced ranging from $26 to $28 each. This award-winning, Southern-style bakeshop will offer its full selection of pies as well as 3-inch assorted mini pies by the dozen and peach cobbler and banana pudding by the pan. Whole pies are $30–$40, and mini pies are $40/dozen. Orders can be placed on the website. The deadline to order for Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov. 17, with pickup on Tuesday, Nov. 22, and Wednesday, Nov. 23.
For Christmas, order by Saturday, Dec. 17, and pick up between Wednesday, Dec. 21, and Saturday, Dec. 24. Extra pies are sold first come, first served, but preorders are strongly encouraged to ensure you get your favorite flavor.
