Despite its playful name and the association with the Demon 170’s ethanol-powered engine, the AlcHEMI is powered by the reliable 6.4-liter Hemi, producing a robust 475 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. The vehicle maintains its quick and powerful performance, proving that no magical horsepower alchemy is needed.

Primarily a showcase of style, the AlcHEMI features distinctive yellow accents complementing its four main exterior colors: Diamond Black, Destroyer Gray, Vapor Gray, and White Knuckle (limited to 250 units each). The yellow touches extend to brake calipers, fender decals, exterior stripes, and interior accent stitching. The 20×10 inch wheels and exhaust tips receive a sleek black finish, and the grille and lift gate badges adopt a darkened appearance.

For those interested in acquiring this special edition, Dodge plans to distribute the AlcHEMI models to dealers who met their January sales targets. Dodge provides a convenient solution with the Dodge Horsepower Locator, allowing enthusiasts to identify nearby dealers receiving the Last Call Durangos, set to debut in May 2024. The AlcHEMI appearance package will be available for an additional $3,595, providing a stylish farewell to the Durango’s Hemi era.
